* Worked with Dishtv India Pvt. Ltd. (Noida) as a Customer Care Executive for Outbound & Inbound Voice

Process for 10 Months (August 2010 till May 2011).

 Job Description:

- Receiving Calls from Dishtv users & resolving their queries & Promoting new Packages and offers while doing 

  Outbound Calls.

 - Doing Troubleshooting in case if Customer not getting Channels or facing any Technical Problem.

 - Updating the Status into ZTE after resolving the Query as per VOC.

 * Worked with Spunk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Gurgaon) as a Technical Support Executive for Outbound Technical Sales Process for 12 Months (June 2011 till May 2012).

 Job Description:

- Taking Remote Access of User’s Computer.

- Diagnosing the Computer and Capturing the Issue. (Hardware/Software Related).  

- Awaking User about the Issue in Machine.

- Guiding User about Packages available and User can opt for Suitable Package.

- Capturing Credit/Debit Card Details over the phone if Customer seems to be interested.

- Forwarding the Issue to the Technical Team is Issue in Machine seems to be Harmful.

 Job Description:

- Calling US ATT Customers and informing them about their Debt with the Client.

- Providing Waiver if any where Extra Charged in Bill, Knowing the reason for the Delay in Bill Payment.

- Capturing Debit/Credit Card Details of Customer over the phone if Customer wanted to pay.

- Updating the details in CTerm for further Payment Process.
